Thermal imaging examinations are a perfect, non-invasive method of monitoring and checking the condition of buildings. With the aid of T-cam we can quickly identify a problem, document and mitigate it. Synchronized devices are a perfect tool for locating and identifying malfunctions before they become visible to the naked eye. Our thermal imaging camera is a reliable, contactless device which can quickly and precisely scan and visualize the distribution of temperatures in 3D space within a whole surface. Measurements of objects with low temperature differences are possible, however, the temperature difference should be at least 10°C.

The measurements allow us to detect and diagnose the following defects:

  • loss of thermal energy (visual map with temperature distribution);
  • diagnostics of missing or damaged insulation
  • monitoring of building drying
  • thermal bridges
  • correctness of the construction of underfloor heating with possible detection of leaks
  • areas with increased moisture content (risk of mould)
  • air infiltration spots
  • post-completion quality control and periodic maintenance and surveys.

Thermal imaging camera connected with a scanner can also be applied in thermal energy production, industrial power, oil industry as contactless diagnostic method. It aids in locating clogged or cracked pipes located in inaccessible, difficult to access or dangerous to access areas.

In industrial power, these devices allow detecting anomalies in places exposed to high temperature originating from faulty functioning of high-power systems, power cabinets, bonding of  power buses, transformers and safety fuses.   

Our devices operate within 3 basic temperature ranges:

  1. -20°C do 100°C
  2. 0°C do 250°C
  3. 150°C do 900°C

With such a wide ranges we are able to conduct the measurements both in cold storage conditions and in plants where furnaces approximating the conditions of blast furnaces are operated.
